About – geckops completed approved damp remedial works.
This is a framework contract that we have been carrying out successfully for over 10 years for social housing clients.
We remove the existing defective poor plaster and mortar, apply anti-sulphate lotion, then apply up to 2 layers of tanking membrane, then apply a layer of limelight plaster and finally apply a final layer on the plaster skim.
This approved system allows us to remove damp internally to Kirklees social housing stock.
