Slaithwaite J&I School Playground

The brief – To turn a plain area of grassland behind the school into a wooden, safe playground for the children to use during their break and lunch times.

Our approach – Ashley and Shervan completed this wooden play ground at Slaithwaite junior school as part of Glenns team, developing all the recent work Geckops has been doing as part of our school refurbishment service and using the ideas from teachers and other parts of the school systems ideas they created the area exactly how it was wanted and would work best for the area and those using it.

The result – A playground to ensure a safe and fun environment for the kids at the school so they can enjoy their education and learning to its full potential whilst having an area to go when they have time outside of lessons.
