At Geckops we are a highly trained multi-trade team with years of experience in building works, electrical & gas maintenance, plumbing, plastering and more. We have a one-stop-shop approach from consultation to completion whether this is planned maintenance or reactive maintenance.
We offer consultations, surveys and guidance to identify your needs and meet all your regular maintenance requirements. We are on call for any reactive maintenance issues whether this is structural or building works, plumbing, electrical or another service we offer.

What we offer:
Geckops are fully compliant and accredited contractors in the safe delivery of electrical and gas works to all our customers. All our works are guaranteed and we provide full and complete clarification on completion with guidance when required. We are happy to visit your premises to help establish any defects or additional requirements, with surveys and quotes for any works, from a single socket, PAT testing to a full complete wire or gas safe works.
We work with Architects and various other professionals to serve our clients.
These extensions and new builds are fully compliant to local authority planning regulations and building control requirements. We consult with our clients from day one on all projects, meeting the needs of all stakeholders, organising and attending progress meetings to discuss schemes as they proceed, ensuring we maintain high standards and meet specifications at all times. Geckops work closely with our clients’ and partners, by carrying out a range of energy efficient construction works, to improve the quality of lives and ensure large energy bill savings to schools and to individuals in their homes. Such measures include double glazing, insulated internal walls, windows, lighting, door seals, boiler renewals and external insulated render schemes. We have an excellent record in delivering energy efficient projects to all our clients’ and we continue to evidence this in the ever changing market place.
Upon request our surveyor will visit your site and carry out a full survey, followed up with a detailed report, including a site plan and proposed specification of works. The units we specify and install range from a kitchen or bathroom fan to whole house ventilation solutions. Additional recommendations such as to increase air flow using ventilation or areas requiring chemical wash down will also be included within the report where necessary. We undertake all types of damp works, including, sub floor basement tanking (this system can convert a damp unusable cellar into a fully habitable space) and sump and ground floor tanking solutions to rectify rising damp issues.
