About – This scheme, at Keldregate, included working around the existing tenants, using safe working practices, demolishing the large brick bin store, roof and concrete base.
We re-built a new external skin to the flat that was connected to the bin store, supplied and fitted a new modern flat roof on the flat and created an entrance lobby area.
Finally we restored footpaths, addressed drainage and external floor finishes with excellent results.
